- Custom work gets a proof for approval before it is pressed.
- Local pickup in Oregon, Illinois is free. Everything else ships.
- Only the custom hat takes uploaded artwork. Ready-to-wear hats, apparel, and
  gear keep their house designs.
- A catalog hat, picked in a color, is ordered three ways: Customize it (the
  live builder opens on that hat and color), Upload your logo (the same builder
  opens with the logo already on the patch), or Get a quote (the contact page
  opens prefilled with the hat, color, quantity, and logo).
